During the pandemic, Christy adapted an original play to a film, flipping the gender of the lead character from male to female.

Guardian had a world premiere at Lighthouse International Film Festival and has since been invited to screen at 32 film festivals, in 4 countries, winning several awards for Best Actress and Best Comedy.

 

 It continues to receive invitations on the festival circuit, entertaining audiences and keeping them laughing during these difficult times.
